Outbuildings
  • The Inspector checks each outbuilding’s water shedding capability and the adequacy of its foundations.

  • They also examine the interior and look for water staining on the roof or walls.Wood frame structures are thoroughly inspected for rot and insect infestation.

  • All doors are checked to make sure they function properly and that the doors and windows provide adequate weather protection and security for the building.

  • Lastly the inspector makes sure that small outbuildings have sufficient structural strength to sustain the applicable wind loads.
