walls.Wood frame structures are thoroughly inspected for rot and insect
infestation.

doors are checked to make sure they function properly and that the doors
and windows provide adequate weather protection and security for the
building.
- Lastly
the inspector makes sure that small outbuildings have sufficient structural
strength to sustain the applicable wind loads.
